Shipping Policy

  • The customer bears the delivery charges that are set according to the equipment and the location to where it has to be delivered.

  • Deliveries will take around 3-5 working days, depending on the location.

  • An in-store pickup will be ready in 2-3 days, after the order is placed

  • The customer has an option to self pickup their order from our pickup points.

  • In case of the customer’s unavailability during the pickup, please let us know who will be receiving the products. We would need an acknowledgement email from the customer with the nominees government id proof. We do this to ensure that your order is in safe hands.

  • The customer should ensure the entry of delivery vehicle inside the premises. 

  • The customer should also ensure that you have completed the required documents and payment work mandatory

  • In case the customer does not have a lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, extra labor charges will be applicable to carry the products via stairs; amount will depend on the order size and floor level.

  • We work on all days of the week. We deliver, install and pick-up. In case you do not have lift or permission to use lift at your premises, additional labor charges will be charged to carry the products through stairs. We are currently active in Mumbai.

  • We will call you one week prior to the scheduled end date of the contract to fix the pick-up date and time. If you choose to keep your equipment’s for longer than the agreed tenure or return it before the agreed date due to some reasons, you can mail us one week in advance.
